You will be responsible for daily design and technical development of a project. You will work in a team and are able to guide and coach other professionals. You will report directly to the Project Leader or Associate of the project and ultimately to the Principals.

Requirements:

- Master's or professional degree in Architecture.
- Strong conceptual and design talent.
- 3 years work experience in internationally recognized offices.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with complex projects.
- Fundamental understanding of the design process and ability to translate great architecture into a great building. Experience in (technical) detailing, project related (special) material research, and complex problem solving at all scales.
- Ability to liaise where appropriate with consultants to assess design solutions and guarantee the integrity of the final design.
- Ability to assist in the production and development of all necessary documents, drawings, models, images, schemes etc. related to the design and building process.
- Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite and Revit skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Confidence in working in a complex and international work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of SO - IL's work.

Qualified Architects

Candidates must be ARB registered with 2-3 years' post Part III experience, highly motivated and capable of taking on a high level of individual responsibility. Strong design skills, excellent construction knowledge, experience in documentation, delivering on site and in project coordination is essential.

Interior Designers

Candidates must have a recognised interior or architectural qualification with a minimum of 5 years working in an interior design or architectural practice. Experience in spatial planning and concept development, technical design and documentation is essential with confidence in liaising with clients and coordinating with contractors and consultants.

All candidates must have proven technical skills with extensive Revit and AutoCAD expertise. Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
