Metreon is a mixed-use development near West Flamingo Road and 1-215. The site features four retail structures that accommodate a variety of shopping and dining venues, two of which have business office suites above and two residential mid-rises showcasing loft-style condominiums. Each mid-rise is made up of live-work units, two-story lofts, and a penthouse which overlook the Las Vegas skyline and Red Rock Canyon. This development was designed to integrate with the existing office buildings on the north side of the property.
Metreon is designed to be a tactile, walkable, pedestrian friendly mixed use experience. Natural materials like wood, metal, plaster, and concrete are utilized throughout the development to create a warm atmosphere conducive to pedestrian activity. All retail spaces are located on the ground floors of each building to add life and activity to the street front. In addition, each building is designed to be unique, yet fitting within the overall aesthetic to add to the urban experience.
