Custom designed, energy efficient rental housing.
Designed for comfortable and healthy living in Whistler, within walking distance to all major amenities in town. This high-performance apartment building features all rental units ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms. The goal of this project is to address Whistler’s housing shortage as well as be one of BC’s most energy efficient buildings. One of the main features is the fresh air system that delivers 100% fresh air to units, then recovers the heat energy from that air before venting it outside of the building. The triple weather sealed, triple pane windows keep the outside noise outside and keep you warm and comfortable inside. The property is close to public transport and also offers underground parking or private garage for car and bike parking and storage, as well as a bike and ski tuning workshop area.
