The goal of this project is to address Whistler’s housing shortage as well as be one of BC’s most energy efficient buildings. One of the main features is the fresh air system that delivers 100% fresh air to units, then recovers the heat energy from that air before venting it outside of the building. The triple weather sealed, triple pane windows keep the outside noise outside and keep you warm and comfortable inside.
