Our client is an international, award-winning architecture firm that is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Manhattan. Candidates must have experience with a variety of projects including: higher education, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare and residential. Designers will get involved in all stages of the project from concept, development, space planning, FF&E, construction documents and construction administration.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience.
- Work with project teams from programming through to construction documents.
- Participate in client presentations.
- Ensure the design intent is consistent with the firm’s commitment to design and quality.
- Must have Master’s in Interior Design or Bach in Interior Design.
- NCIDQ Certification and LEED AP a plus.
- AutoCAD proficient, Revit desirable, SketchUp or other 3D skills.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without visa restriction.

The candidate should possess a strong design portfolio and presentation skills. We are seeking a candidate who can assist with presentations and drawing sets for new-construction/ single-family homes and commercial interiors projects.

Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree, 1-3 years of work experience.
- Excellent AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering/ Rhino modeling skills are required. Revit a plus.
- A strong design portfolio representing recent projects is required; all work to have been produced by applicant.
- Currently residing in the NYC area; must be a US citizen or green card holder.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluency in written/ spoken English.
