We require an Architect with minimum 5 years UK based post qualification experience, to join a friendly small to medium sized, award winning Chartered Architects practice in Norfolk.
You will work as part of a team across all the RIBA work stages from inception to handover, and be skilled and experienced in developing realistic concept designs through to planning application. You will also have sound technical design ability and experience of tender procedures and contract administration for projects ranging from £100k - £5m.
Your skills will include:
- Hand drawing and sketching.
- Good presentation skills.
- Administrative and organisational ability.
- Good communication ability.
- Leadership.
We use AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch-up along with standard office software. No BIM yet.
If you have business development skills, and an ability to introduce and manage client and contractor relationships, this would enhance your already good prospects within the practice.
