Neri&Hu Design and Research Office is an inter-disciplinary design practice; providing architecture, interior design, master-planning, graphic design, and product design. Currently working on projects across the globe, Neri&Hu is composed of multi-cultural staff that respond to a global worldview incorporating overlapping design disciplines for a new paradigm in architecture.
We are currently recruiting interior designers to grow our talented team in London for a range of architectural and interiors projects including museum, F&B, and multi-use projects. The applicant must be a strong and competent designer ideally with experience in documentation and construction phases. We are design-oriented and seek team players with positive attitudes. As we oversee all stages of design, we offer an excellent opportunity for our staff to gain a broad experience in design, documentation, coordinating with consultants, developing client relationships, and completing high quality work.
The candidate should have:
- Strong design and creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Competent detailing skills.
- Ability to think ‘outside the box.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Experience in high-end projects, preferably with on-site experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Specification writing experience a plus.
- Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, MS Excel. Experience in Vray would be a plus.

Intermediate Architect

The Lawrence Group is a national architecture firm with offices in 4 US cities, with a total staff of approximately 150 people. The New York Office is seeking candidates for an intermediate architect position starting immediately. The office is a boutique design office that operates with 10-14 architects and designers. Project involvement may include working on national retail design and roll-out, hospitality and F&B work, institutional, media or other types in Manhattan and across the country.
Candidate qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 8-12 years professional experience in an architectural office.
- Excellent design and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a minimum requirement; the firm has fully implemented Revit on all new projects.
- Excellent digital presentation skills, preferably including Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of construction materials, details, methods and standard building codes.
