You should be able to handle teams and capable of driving the Principals design concepts and develop them further with the team’s support. You will manage Interior Design and FF&E teams, project manage and oversee workloads across the office.
We are looking for a experienced Project Designer with the following skills:
- Minimum 10+ years experience in interior design firms.
- University qualification in interior design or architecture.
- Strong project management, people management and interior design capabilities.
- Ability to work closely in a tight-knit unit across various team, whilst providing guidance and insights.
- Strong business acumen, and industry experience.
- Impeccable English and Bahasa Indonesian language skills.

CallisonRTKL seeks an Architect to join its Commercial Practice Group in Seattle. The position is focused on large scale mixed-useretail projects internationally. We are looking for a flexible, team oriented individual with previous design experience on commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with senior staff supporting design tasks.
- Assists with design development preparation.
- Revises drawings and renderings and provides design solutions for project elements.
- Supports design team with site/context analysis.
- Works on multiple projects and collaborates with team members.
- Produces graphic presentations and builds computer models.
- Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field. Master degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years Architecture experience.
- Large scale Retail/Mixed use experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects.
- Effective problem solving, interpersonal skills and ability to interface with employees.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills.
- Knowledge or Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp and Rhino a plus.
- Experience with either AutoCAD or Revit required.
- Licensed Architect - Leed accreditation preferred.
- Travel internationally possible.
