Bohlin Cywinski Jackson is currently accepting resumes for a registered architect with 7 to 10 years of experience. We are a nationally recognized design firm with offices in Philadelphia, Wilkes-Barre, Pittsburgh, Seattle, and San Francisco, and a recipient of more than 600 awards including the AIA Architecture Firm Award.
The initial focus of this position will be local support, from a studio in Manhattan, for retail projects generated by the San Francisco Office and under construction in the New York City. The position will include occasional travel to San Francisco, and possibly other offices.

Candidates should be team oriented with construction administration experience, an exceptional design sense, strong graphic skills (Revit, Rhino and other 3D software), sound technical abilities and strong communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Professional architecture degree, B.Arch or higher.
- 1–3 years design and construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign and MS Office.
- Ability to effectively communicate with design team.
- Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents.
Responsibilities:
- Produce drawings for all design phases, conceptual design through construction documents.
- Produce materials for client presentations.
- Research manufacturers' materials, systems and specifications.
- Coordinate design with all consultants, including renderers, model builders and engineers.
