We are looking for a proactive, creative and methodical Architect to work on a number of exciting projects in London and the South East. You need to be a post Part 3 Project Architect with UK practice experience of managing and running projects, and organising the design team. You will have worked on private residential projects. You need to have:
- Excellent written and spoken English please.
- Proficient in using VW2015 inc 3D/BIM.
- SketchUp, In Design + Photoshop working knowledge.
- Experience of drafting NBS specifications.
- Technical Detailing skills.
- Working knowledge of RIBA work stages, Approved Documents, BS and other key references.
- Understanding of Passivehaus principles, detailing and specification.
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate the design team.
- Construction and Site experience, and managing.
- Contractors.
- Contract Administration experience.
- We are a Mac based office so using Macs and advantage.

We are seeking to hire a talented Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience in a wide variety of project types such as corporate / commercial, public/institution and retail/hospitality. Candidate must have strong design and detailing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in varying stages as part of a project team, and also individually.
Requirements include significant experience in preparing comprehensive interior design packages including interior architectural detailing/construction documentation and FFE selection/specification experience. Candidate must be capable of the following:
- Work individually and collaboratively with a team to create and develop innovative design solutions.
- Capability to prepare Programming and Concept Design including space planning, furnishings layout, lighting, and finish selections for a wide range of project types.
- Work directly with our clients and consultants.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products, materials, and interior detailing required for high-end commercial spaces.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and institutional furniture and preparation of FFE specifications.
- Current knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit plus working knowledge of Sketch-up, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field and must be licensed Interior Designer or Registered Architect or immediate ability to obtain Texas registration. Preference will be given to candidates with Revit proficiency. Leed ap designation is a plus.
