Our Client, a global Corporate Interiors firm, is looking for an Interior Designer with 3-5 year of experience, who is good at concept design development and proficient in Sketchup to join their HK team.

You will be working directly with team of workplace specialists, architects, designers, engineers, plus other construction professionals.
You are responsible to:
- Collaborate with project teams and discuss project brief, client requirements and design ideas.
- Support lead designer in concept development.
- Translate initial concepts into detailed SketchUp models.
- Prepare mood broad, colour schemes and ideas.
- Source and specify fittings, furniture, fabrics and finishes.
- Manage drawing documentation.
- Undertake site and furniture surveys.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Corporate Interiors, background in Interior or Architecture.
- Experience in Space Planning / Conceptual Design / Sketching.
- Strong technical coordination and drawing production.
- Awareness in FF+E, furniture and materials.
- Good client management skills.
- Sketchup, PC user, relevant design software skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong work ethic. Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent team player, able to work collaboratively and share knowledge and ideas.

Job responsibilities:
- Primary studio role responsible for drawing and coordinating drawings with the Macau and Las Vegas based design teams.
- Primary role for verifying existing conditions in the field.
- Primary role for observing Construction progress for adherence to design intent.
- Assist the Studio Leader and Senior Architect with the running of the project.
- Important collaboration role with Las Vegas design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Pursuit of Professional Registration is desirable.
