Responsibilities include: Management of multiple projects, Schedules & Budgets, Working in all Design phases from Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documents to Construction Administration, collaboration with clients & contractors, space planning.
10+ years of Hospitality design experience, knowledge of material costs and current products & design trends. Candidate must possess an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, proficiency in AutoCAD 2010, MS Office (Revit/Sketch-Up a plus), and have a sound working knowledge of building codes, systems and construction methods in addition to an ability to work accurately on multiple projects in order to meet timely deadlines. Periodic travel to job sites is also required.

Skills necessary for design, preparation of working drawings, including presentation, technical work, with supervision in a teamwork setting, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, 3D Modeling, Sketchup, V-Ray, Revit, Adobe CS and graphics proficiency are essential. Professional experience and working status in USA is recommended.
