Studio Tractor Architecture is seeking a mid-level architect with four to six years experience to work in our studio on a range of commercial, retail and residential projects. Candidates must have experience producing detailed construction drawings and construction administration experience on high end projects. Candidates must exhibit a strong design ability.
Qualifications:
- Excellent design skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch).
- US Citizenship.

Qualifications:
- Professional architecture degree, B.Arch or higher.
- 1 – 3 years design and construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign and MS Office.
- Ability to effectively communicate with design team.
- Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents.
Responsibilities:
- Produce drawings for all design phases, conceptual design through construction documents.
- Produce materials for client presentations.
- Research manufacturers' materials, systems and specifications.
- Coordinate design with all consultants, including renderers, model builders and engineers.
