Silberstang Lasky Architects, P.C. is a full service, dynamic and award winning design firm based in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Our practice is involved in the design of residential, institutional and commercial buildings and interiors.
Our team needs to hire another highly motivated and well-rounded entry level to junior level architect to join us. You will participate in all phases of the project from schematic design, through construction documents and construction administration. Candidates must have a professional degree in Architecture. Candidates with 1-3 years project experience working in an architectural firm are preferred. You should be self-motivated, able to work both individually and in a team environment, and adept at switching between tasks quickly without losing focus.
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Strong organization, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Graphic Design skills (proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design and Adobe Illustrator preferred).
- 3D Modeling and Rendering (Sketchup, Vray for Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Candidates must be currently located in the New York City area and have valid work status in the US.

Acanthus Architects LW is a friendly practice of around 30 people based in Chiswick, London W4.
With an expanding workload, the practice has opportunities for staff at various levels including experienced project architect to lead a team in the technical delivery of residential projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running a team to tight deadlines and be the main point of contact for client and consultants. The successful candidate should have 5 years post qualification experience, proven technical ability and experience in residential projects.
Requirements include:
- Experience in design team leadership.
- Experience in technical delivery of high volume residential projects.
- Good working knowledge of building regulations and housing standards.
- Good team worker.
- Excellent CAD skills, Microstation or Revit experience preferred but not essential.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
