Central-London-based practice Stanhope Gate Architecture are seeking an experienced project architect to join our busy and vibrant practice.
We work on a range of prestigious international projects, including master-planning, residential, collegiate, and hotel and leisure. A large part of our work is currently high-end residential, working on new-builds, extensions, refurbishments and excavations to prestigious buildings, most of which are listed or in conservation areas.
Key roles:
The successful candidate would lead a team of assistants, running projects from planning stage through to completion on site. The candidate would be responsible for putting together planning applications, construction packages, arranging meetings and seeing to it that projects are kept to a high standard of construction and design. The candidate would also be involved in drawing work, but to a much more limited degree than his/her team. Importantly, the candidate would also ensure that we are giving our clients excellent service. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years proven UK experience of high-calibre residential buildings.
Skills:
- Well organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the current UK Building Regulations.
- Good grasp of preparing specifications and construction documents.
- Clear understanding of what is expected of high-value residential projects.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience of working with 2D Vectorworks would be helpful, but this program is much like AutoCAD, so can be learned quickly.

RRMM Architects is currently seeking an Architect with a minimum of 5 years Healthcare Design experience. Applicants should have strong project management / leadership skills with a team first approach and the ability to sucessfully carry a project from inception through construction.
Skills shall include:
- Degree in Architecture; registration strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design, detailing and construction methodologies as they relate to health care.
- Ability to meet and manage budgets and schedules.
- Revit experience required.
