The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of architectural design and construction experience in the Commercial and Institutional sector.
- B. Arch required, M. Arch preferred.
- Experience with Construction Documents, with a strong emphasis on detailing of interior projects construction techniques.
- Ability to multi-task and self organize.
- Good knowledge of materials and experience working with vendors and manufacturers.
- Experience working with engineers and coordinating drawing sets.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and V-ray for drafting, modeling and rendering. Experience in grasshopper is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.

Our North Wales studio is looking for an Architect with a minimum of 3 years post part III experience, to work on our portfolio of exciting projects which include a number of notable historic listed buildings.
We are looking for someone with strong conservation and technical skills who is confident running small to medium sized projects from inception through to completion. Whilst AABC or Riba SCA Accreditation is not essential candidates should be working towards this as part of their career development.
Experience of working with historic buildings is essential and an interest in contemporary design in historic settings is desirable. Welsh language would be advantageous but not essential.
