We are currently seeking a strong Intermediate Architect to join our team and assist with design and documentation of cultural, institutional and commercial projects at a variety of scales. Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- BArch or MArch degree.
- 5-8 years post-graduate experience in US offices.
- Experience with all phases of architectural design and services.
- Experience with new institutional structures in urban settings.
- Demonstrable experience in working drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCad required; proficiency in Revit and Sketchup desirable.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Legal US work status.

We are looking for an enthusiastic UK experienced P2 or P3 Architect who enjoys navigating designs through the UK planning system, speaking and negotiating with various stake holders, clients and various consultants.

We are a team of six specialising in residential and mixed use developments, pre-fabrication and zero energy housing. We show a very successful track record across London on projects ranging form 10 to 150 residential units with two Housing Design Award Shortlists and two wins.
The market is very busy and we are looking for the skilled and dedicated to join our team. We have developed our own streamlined approach to planning where we prepare schemes for cost effective construction. It is key that applicants understand the UK planning and design environment.
Vectroworks, Sketchup and CS6 is preferred but not essential.
