The Project Architect will oversee the management of several projects at once under the guidance of the company principals.
They are looking for someone who is creative and confident in the design process, autonomous in problem solving, and possess an attention for detail.
Job requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a High End Residential Architecture firm or similar.
- High-level proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit a plus, though not mandatory.
- Knowledge, experience, and interest in traditional architecture is required.
- Responsible, organized, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Experience developing construction drawings and architectural details.

The Jr. Interior Designer will assume responsibility for document preparation of projects throughout all phases of projects. The Jr. Interior Designer will work on multiple projects and coordinate the FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings & Equipment) and design with clients, staff and outside consultants.
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in Architecture or B.S. in Architecture or B.F.A. in Interior Design.
- Experience in all phases of FF&E commercial interiors in NYC.
- Ability to work on projects with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong communication skill to manage co-workers, clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with furniture vendors, dealers, build facilities & clients.
- Put together preliminary furniture budgets, specifications, coded plans & schedules.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD. Revit is a plus.
- Valid U.S. work permit and strong English Language Skills.
- Coordinate furniture orders, schedules & budgets with construction.
- Review, markup & issue dealers formal proposals.
