KAI Architects is a medium-sized architectural practice based in London. We specialise in residential and business projects, and have worked across the greater London area and around the world.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Architect or Architectural Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be self motivated and adept at problem solving through creative thinking. They will have an excellent working knowledge of Vectorworks and at least 1-2 years experience working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, take professional pride in producing high quality work, and share our desire to constantly improve as an organisation.
Knowledge and awareness of current planning policy and legislation would be an advantage, as would experience of construction detailing and specification writing.

DPA Architects is a highly respected growing practice based in central Cambridge, specialising in innovative high end residential design and distinctive residential developments.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant, a Part 3 or Architectural Technologist graduate with strong design and technical skills to match their creative flair, who will become capable of taking schemes from inception through to planning and completion.
This role requires confidence in handling a varied portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will be working closely and independently with clients to produce high quality concept and design development, technical detailing, specification, tendering and contract management.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are essential.
