Requirements:
- Passion for residential design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 1-2 years experience working in an architecture firm.
- Experience with construction documents.
- Skilled in AutoCAD/Vectorworks, Excel, Photoshop/Illustrator, Rhino and modeling.
- Strong communication and English writing skills.
- Highly motivated, with good listening skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- Interest in working for a small firm.
- Can legally work in the U.S.

Part III with 10 + years Construction Experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years post Part III experience, preferably in the UK. Software skills must include: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite.
Design ability: a flair for effective design solutions particularly while working within existing / historic building restrictions.
Excellent communication skills across the board including clients, managers and other team members.
Ability to take responsibility, when required, and meet project deadlines.
Experience:
- Experience of working with all RIBA stages from 0 to 7.
- Experience of working on contract values above £5m.
- Experience of working on both refurbishment and new buildings.
- Sufficient experience in the UK to steer a project through the construction process.
