We are currently seeking a capable, intermediate level Project Designer / Project Architect to join our growing interiors group.
Responsibilities:
Work as a key part of a design team on all phases of project development from planning and concept through design, FF+E selection and construction documents for high-profile corporate, healthcare, institutional, and residential interiors projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- NYS Architectural Registration preferred.
- 5-8 years relevant professional experience working on high profile interior projects.
- Strong graphic skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense, 3D presentation, production and technical skills.
- Experience with materials selection, specification and detailing.
- Focused, articulate, well organized, excellent time management skills, and detail – oriented.
- Proficiency with Revit; familiarity with other 3D software and Adobe Design Suite.
- Familiarity with architectural and interior details, finish materials and furnishings.
- Working knowledge of NYC Building code and Leed Accreditation preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Kinlin Rutherfurd Architects is currently seeking a Junior Architect with strong design and technical skills and 1-2 years of experience. The right candidate will be highly motivated; detail oriented, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in 3D modeling is a plus.
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- A professional degree (advanced degree preferred).
- A minimum of 1+ years experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe, and Rhino.
- Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful.
