They are looking for a Project Architect with Revit who shares their design ethos of social responsibility and who wants to be part of an exciting period of growth with them. They are well known for their high quality of architecture with projects covering a wide spectrum of hotel, commercial, residential and mixed use mixed use schemes across London.
We are looking for candidates that have a background from design-led practices with Revit and a proven track record of UK project experience, as well as those who are keen to work in a vibrant and creative atmosphere. You should be able to demonstrate good design skills with an eye for presentation and detail with experience across all the Riba stages including site and delivery experience. At least an intermediate level of Revit is required.

The firm has an immediate need for a dynamic Interior Architect and / or Interior Designer, 1-5 years of experience, that can make immediate contributions on a variety of hospitality projects. This role will require concept generation, hand sketches, design development, brand identity, ff&e selection, scheduling, producing drawings, coordinating with consultants, acting as a client liaison, should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, the Adobe CS Suite and Microsoft Office and the ability to render in 3D Max / Viz, Grasshopper or Rhino... In general, we are looking for a dynamic individual with great communication skills, strong organizational abilities and the ability to effectively deliver unique and creative spaces within defined budgets. The firm has a non-hierarchal environment that allows for growth and responsibility that typically are not available within larger firms in the same niche.
Compensation: Permanent opportunity with base salary, depending on experience, $50-70k, with outstanding overall benefits package.
