Our US based client has an immediate career opportunity in Macau, CN for a licensed Architect that has a background in Hospitality project management.
Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project
team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.

Small firm, specializing in high-end residential and corporate architecture looking to hire a self-motivated graduate with 3-4 years of experience in residential interiors to assist the principal and senior designer with selection of materials, products specifications and interior design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
- Familiarity with product, material and furniture selections.
- Ability to handle a project from initial design concepts, through staging installation.
- Ability to produce design and technical drawings.
- Capable at producing and managing product/furnishing, budgets, purchasing and tracking.
- Must be able to meet project deadline, accurately and with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to design and produce client presentations.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite Programs.
- Proficiency in Sketch-up, Microsoft Office Suite, Revit or 3D max are all a plus.
- Expected to work in a team environment.
