A long established German-British practice in Richmond upon Thames (tube and BR) is looking for a post part 3 architect with a minimum of 7-10 years experience with focus on RIBA stages 4+, construction detailing, site implementation and contract administration.
In our practice you will have the opportunity to meet and negotiate with clients, take full project responsibility, lead a team of other architects and actively share aspects of managing the office.
Following the completion of our high profile mixed use development in Chiswick, we have a growing number of commercial design - led commissions as well as our ongoing private residential projects and are therefore seeking an enthusiastic individual who would like to become a long term partner for our director.
We expect proficiency in Vector Works - Revit, Rhino and Sketchup are a bonus.

The ideal candidate should have a professional degree in Architecture and current architectural registration, or be in the process of registration. Revit and /or AutoCAD proficiency are required, along with 5-10 years of experience. Candidates should have working knowledge of building technology and ability to demonstrate skills through self produced documents. Candidates must demonstrate design sensibility and attention to detail through the caliber of projects in portfolio, as well as specific contributions to the documentation of high-quality projects. Experience with hospitality, gaming, and/or entertainment projects is preferred.
