Architectural Designer needed with 2 + years’ experience working in an architectural office. The ideal candidate possesses strong graphic abilities and communication skills to support project team lead with design concept presentation, design development and production. The architectural designer will work independently and with project teams, prepare and modify architectural documents (plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.) as directed by the project architect and develop solutions to technical and design drawings.
Position requires:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in architecture.
- 2 years minimum experience working in an architectural office.
- Proficiency in Revit (including modeling and documentation) and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Work and Excel.
- Construction documentation and design development experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong graphic, verbal and written communication skills.

Small, busy practice seeks Project Architect to join their growing team.
Based in a fantastic West London location, this young, dynamic practice have gone from strength to strength, and as a result, are looking for an ambitious and hungry Project Architect to join their team.
Specialising in commercial, mixed-use and contemporary, bespoke high-end residential projects fusing ideas of space and light, this practice offers a variety of rewarding work in central and west London for the successful Project Architect.
This role would focus heavily on running projects across the different sectors, from conception right through to completion, be client facing and involve supporting junior colleagues, making this Project Architect role a key and pivotal position in a team of circa 10 people.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years Post-Part III experience running projects. The Project Architect must possess strong technical and delivery skills, have experience in high-end residential or commercial projects and be driven to add a new dynamic to the practice. Vectorworks proficiency is preferred, but not mandatory.
