Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project
team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.

James Wagman Architect, an award-winning New York City architecture firm, is seeking a talented, motivated architect or designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience for the position of Project Designer. The work will consist of design and detailing of high end residential homes. An interest in and knowledge of green building practices, sustainability, and Passive House standards is a plus.
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Experience in detailing ground-up residential single-family, new construction and/or high end residential apartments/ town homes.
- Experience organizing & assembling construction documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors; experience coordinating work of consulting engineers.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills; must be detail-oriented.
- General knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, etc.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
