The Interior Designer will lead the project design teams on Healthcare projects from the Pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents. The candidate must demonstrate their ability to react to a number of design styles and their methods of delivery. This position requires the candidates develop and lead design charrettes and presentations with the Perkins Eastman team and clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Principal responsible for the individual market sector, the Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks including programming, small to large-scale space planning and must possess a thorough working knowledge of furniture lines and FF&E specifications.
Key skills:
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant Healthcare project experience.
- Lab experience preferred.
- Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts to their team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Proficiency with Revo is required. Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, Sketchup, InDesign, AutoCAD and other related design software.
- NCIDQ accreditation is preferred.
- Leed accreditation is a plus.

The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Pursuit of Professional Registration is desirable.
