Job description:
We are seeking a Project Architect to contribute to significant healthcare projects. Collaborative and proactive, the ideal professional for this role will take on primary leadership for all phases of the projects and be involved in developing design, as well as technical documentation, to achieve project completion. The candidate will also be involved with client presentations and consultant coordination, fostering strong working relationships with clients and consultants, and be able to mentor and manage the project team. A professional work ethic, as well strong interpersonal and communication skills, is mandatory.
Qualifications:
The appropriate candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Architecture/Interior Design, specifically interior fit-out experience on healthcare projects. A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is mandatory as well as extensive technical and management experience. The candidate should have project-based, practical Revit experience. Licensure and Leed ap certification is preferred.
This is a permanent, full-time position with projected total compensation in the $85-$105k range as well as a complete, very competitive benefits package.

GTA is seeking a motivated and gifted designer with 3-5 years of experience in the design and documentation of cultural, educational and residential projects. Candidate must be nimble, capable of working on a variety of tasks concurrently, and demonstrate that they work well as a member of a project team.
The following qualifications are required:
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with developing drawing sets from Concept Design through Construction Documents.
- High Proficiency with AutoCAD along with a strong working knowledge of Revit.
- High Proficiency with 3D modeling and rendering programs – Rhino, 3DS Max, Vray.
- High Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Currently residing in the tri-state area and authorized to work in the US without the need for employee sponsorship.
