ODA-Architecture, P.C. is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect. The ideal candidate will have a degree in landscape architecture with 4-6 years of proven work experience. Primary responsibilities will include collaborating with project teams to provide technical and architectural expertise on diverse projects at all phases from schematic design through construction administration. Individual must be highly creative and efficient in residential site planning and landscape design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Must possess strong technical skills and abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of landscape and hardscape materials, applications and construction as well as grading, irrigation, and horticulture.
- An ability to communicate with clients, consultants, and co-workers.

Tim Groom Architects has a role for a qualified Architect looking to progress their career at a busy and ambitious practice with a reputation for high quality and creative design projects. We are looking for exceptional candidates with a minimum of two years high quality post Part III experience including construction detailing, site implementation and contract administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, highly motivated and thoughtful designer to join our talented team working on contemporary, high specification projects for creative clients. Current commissions include city centre mixed use regeneration schemes, a boutique hotel with restaurant and bars, small scale conservation projects and contemporary residential developments across both the public and private sector.
Our studio is based in central Manchester but we work throughout the UK with current commissions in the North West, Midlands and South West.
In addition to exemplary design credentials, applicants must be able to prepare and produce detailed construction drawings and confidently deal with clients and consultants. All of our projects are delivered in Revit and applicants should be experienced users of the software.
