We are seeking a licensed architect with 5-10 years of experience and the ability to develop and execute design concepts. Experience advancing projects through design documentation and construction administration, and coordinating Client / Consultants relationships is required. Responsibilities will include project coordination, staff mentoring and team leadership, CAD documentation, presentation layouts, and assisting the studio architects and designers in project-oriented tasks. Proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is desired; experience with Mac OS X is a plus, 3-D modeling, project renderings a benefit.
Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for design, exceptional communication skills, and experience in the development, documentation, and implementation of mixed use and retail projects. Sense of humor and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.

The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
