The primary duties of the Junior Architect will be to provide project participation in all phases of design including Concept Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. The candidate will be expected to understand and develop aspects of working drawings and details. The following is required of the candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (professional degree only).
- 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2014 or later.
- BIM (Revit) project experience required.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Rendering Programs such as 3D Max and Rhino are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred project experience includes: K-12 schools, higher-ed and design of large scale public projects (transit stations and convention centers). Experience and interest in sustainable design / documentation and Leed strongly encouraged, with applicable certifications preferred.

JHR Interiors is looking for an interior designer to join its fun and lively team who all enjoy working in a busy, creative environment.
- Experience in High-end residential projects & commercial projects but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience post Interior Design or Interior Architecture degree.
- Able to demonstrate experience of completed UK based projects and good knowledge of products, finishes and suppliers.
- Confident to work both independently and collboratively within a team.
- Experience in bespoke detailing and good knowledge of finishes and materials.
- Experience in conceptual thinking, generating 3D design model / visuals.
- Drawing packages up to tender, this includes plans, elevations, joinery drawings and setting out drawings.
- Design and detailing of all interior elements including architectural detailing.
- Schedules for base finishes, doors, ironmongery, sanitary ware etc.
- Will be involved in all aspects of the design process from initial client briefs, to final presentations and assisting on-site installations.
- Support and assist the senior designer with full coordination of FF&E installation on site and final dressing process and all aspects of FF&E procurement.
- Strong knowledge of Vectorworks (preferred), Estimac (not essential), Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a full UK working visa, or full working permits if necessary.
- Start date 1st April.
