HTO Architect, PLLC is a full service architectural firm based in Manhattan, specializing in the design of high-rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings in New York City and beyond. At HTO Architect, PLLC, we realize that the buildings we design are not destined to become mere lifeless structures composed of brick and mortar. Upon completion, they will become ingrained in the surrounding landscape and embedded in the skyline - as well in the lives of a vast population of people. Our luxury residences become personal sanctuaries to unwind in, share with loved ones, and a piece of this city to call one's own. Our beautiful hotels become semblances of home in an unfamiliar landscape, base camps for adventures, and the sites of fond memories. Our mixed-use buildings become institutions of business, culture, education, and commerce. This consciousness of all that our buildings will become is what drives us to produce only world class architectural design.
