Job responsibilities:
- Primary studio role responsible for drawing and coordinating drawings with the Macau and Las Vegas based design teams.
- Primary role for verifying existing conditions in the field.
- Primary role for observing Construction progress for adherence to design intent.
- Assist the Studio Leader and Senior Architect with the running of the project.
- Important collaboration role with Las Vegas design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Pursuit of Professional Registration is desirable.

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 12+ years of experience who has an aptitude for problem solving and the desire for a leadership role in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

- Develop design concepts through construction documents; provide leadership through Construction Administration.
- Write Specifications.
- Work independently and efficiently to continually advance a project.
- Synthesize information from many sources in order to problem solve.
- Coordinate and lead the work of other team members and project consultants.
- Write and speak clearly and effectively.
- Work efficiently on multiple projects.
- Knowledgeably research New York City Building Codes and Zoning Regulations.
- Knowledgeably coordinate NYC Department of Buildings and Landmark Preservation Commission filings.
- Work on AutoCAD and be knowledgeable about Revit.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Participate in Proposal development and Business Development activities.
The preferred candidate will be a Registered Architect. Leed Accreditation will be beneficial.
