DXA studio is looking for a Junior Designer (2-3 years experience).
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit (required) AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Rhino, Sketchup.
- Experience in construction document preparation.
- Rendering experience in Maxwell preferred.
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture.

Michaelis Boyd is an award-winning, design-led, London practice currently working on a number of very exciting projects in the UK and internationally. Our wide portfolio of work ranges from apartments in Battersea Power Station and hotels in New York to new-build Safari Lodges in Africa.
Due to a growing portfolio of projects, Michaelis Boyd is looking for a passionate and creative Part III with at least 5 years proven experience.
This role requires a strong, self-motivated designer with experience of delivering small to medium scale projects, both new-build and working with existing and listed buildings within the UK.
The following skills are required:
- Experience of multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good hand drawing, presentation and communication skills.
- Good design skills at building scale and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills.
- Able to delegate and manage personnel.
- Working independently and meeting challenging deadlines.
- High level of contract admin experience.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and a cad drawing package.
It would be an advantage to have the following:
- Confident with Vectorworks 2014 and above.
- Confident in 3d modelling software such as Rhino, Sketchup.
- Demonstrable experience of RIBA work stages, construction procurement methods, UK building regs and planning.
