Our US based client has an immediate career opportunity in Macau, CN for a licensed Architect that has a background in Hospitality project management.
Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project
team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.

We are seeking a gifted interior designer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in cultural, commercial, institutional and residential projects.
Qualified applicants will be capable of managing design teams and multiple projects; sourcing innovative materials and finishes; producing clear, compelling conceptual designs; coordinating all phases of the design process via working drawings and renderings; and developing specifications, schedules and presentations. Applicants must demonstrate their contributions to contemporary design with examples of completed projects, as well as have knowledge of current pricing and procurement of furniture, finishes, and fixtures.
The position requires management of consultants, delegation of work assignments and providing direction to project teams. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD 2015 and 3d modelling and rendering, with Revit project experience required. Candidates must have either a Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture degree as well as strong organization, team building, and management skills.
