This is a highly exciting senior position working for exceptionally successful market leading Property Developer. The Group focus on creating beautiful, successful places in London and the South of England. They employ over 2200 people and have great reputation with 40 people based in their Reading office.
The role is a mix of design and specification manager creating and managing the production of a site specific specification documents adding value to the internal design and specification incorporating new features and product through design and specification, all the while being aware of establishing trends within the industry with a cool style of portfolio.
The details on the role is as follows:
You will be working on all aspects of interior design from concept through to completion.
- Based in Reading.
- Concept through to completion to installation on site.
- Produce presentation board.
- Create and manage production of site specific specification of documents – keeping up with market trends.
- Controlling costs, time and quality in line with targets.
- Experience in delivering multiple projects or very large project.
- Support Sales & Marketing with brochure designs, specifications, marketing materials.
- FF&E Design.
- Project Management.
- Concept packages.
- Ideally you will have luxury residential portfolio.
- Experienced in floor layouts.
- AutoCAD proficient.
Salary is paying £50-55K plus car / travel plus pension, health care, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Essential job requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Architecture.
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit a must.
- General knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, motivated, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Creative with strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
- State Licensure and Leed accreditation not required but is a plus.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
