As the senior member of the design team in the Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire Office. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the design team on a day to day basis while still running a limited portfolio of your own high end residential projects. You will also play a key role in supporting the company directors with commercial decision making, strategy and the future planning of the business.This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional individual to take on a challenging and exciting role with excellent future potential.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering high end residential projects.
- Ensuring the standard of deliverable across the studio remains at the highest level.
- Supporting and motivating the design team on a day to day basis.
- Supporting the Directors in the day-to-day operational aspects of the Oxford/Bucks Office.
- Assisting the Directors on commercial decision making and strategy.
- Ensuring all H&G Clients feel valued and receive an exceptional level of service.
- Work load allocation and planning for the team.
- Continual improvement and development of the team and studio.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibility that may arise as part of a project.
Requirements:
- 5 Years plus UK experience.
- An exceptional eye for contemporary residential design.
- Great client facing skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Proactive and able to work at a high level of autonomy. You must be able to manage your own time, and the time of others others.
