Arquitectonica is a design-focused architecture, interior design and planning firm that began in Miami in 1977 as an experimental studio. Led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, the studio has evolved into a worldwide practice, combining the creative spirit of the principals with the efficiency of delivery and reliability of a major architectural firm.
The position is specifically for the New York office.
Full-time positions are available for work on several projects around the world with an immediate focus on work in the US and Canada. Projects will range in variety from high-rise residential, to large scale mixed-use developments and master planning. Successful candidates will work in all stages of project development from concept design through to construction administration and the capabilities / interests of the candidate will determine their involvement.
Position requirements include:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 3-5yrs post-grad experience.
- Technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

NAA seeks intermediate to senior level individuals with experience in commercial and or institutional projects. We seek someone with leadership, management, design and technical coordination and client skills, with the ability to think independently and work within a team framework.
Responsibilities:
- Develop all phases of a project, from concept through construction.
- Work independently or closely with project team to develop each project depending on project size.
- Organize and lead project team in day-to-day project tasks.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Maintain meeting minutes, project records, and prepare reports.
- Establish project milestones and schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers and other project consultants.
Required qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit preferred.
- Communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritize and work concurrently on several projects.
