We are business planners, architects and designers dedicated to address the issues that challenge healthcare facilities today. We are currently looking for a self-motivated project architect with 6 or more years of experience to join our growing team. Revit, Sketch Up and Healthcare experience is preferred.
Position responsibilities:
- Lead the planning/implementation of projects.
- Maintain and further develop client relationships.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Proactively coordinate with clients, project team, consultants and contractors gaining their trust and confidence.
- Inspire, develop, mentor, and lead the architectural design staff.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure coordinated, high quality construction documents.
- Serve as the "go-to" person for architectural detailing questions.
- Oversee and manage production of construction documents.
- Manage project resources, scope, schedule and budget.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Conduct CA activities including site visits, RFI responses, submittal and punch list reviews.
- Leads in Live Design meetings.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Architectural License required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; professional design certifications are highly desired.
- Knowledge of architectural design concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proven ability to function in all production activities from kick-off through close-out.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, organized and effective under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and accurately perform a variety of complicated tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Has 6+ years of experience.
- NCARB Certification preferred.
