We design environments that touch each part of the customer’s journey, with a goal to create long term relationships between brands and customers. We are looking for individuals to join our team, providing high quality design drawings and construction documents, from preliminary design through construction.
Job summary:
We are looking for junior and intermediate level designers capable of filling production and roles in retail design and branding.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Production of schematic design packages.
- Production of construction documents.
- Material research.
- Coordination with vendors.
- Selection and development of interior finishes and preparation of color palettes and finish boards.

Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture or other design field.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design concepts, practices, construction documents, and procedures.
- General knowledge of interior design packages (interior materials and finishes, floor plans, furniture plans, finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, interior details, millwork details, ceiling details, etc.)
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Positive, creative, and professional approach to design.
- Experience with Health Clubs and/or Automotive Facilities is a plus, but not required.
- Leed ap is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:
- Excellent professional experience- preferably in the workplace.
- Bachelors degree.
- Proven track record of leading the design of commercial projects.
- Excellent English- both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / 3D computer design programs.
- Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
