London South Bank University (LSBU) is one of London's largest and oldest universities with over 25,000 students and 1,900 staff. The University has a large and diverse Central London estate portfolio with over 30 buildings totalling 120,000m2 in size. We have invested heavily in our estate over the last 10 years and have ambitious development plans for the future.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary estates team the Project Architect will be a key member of the University’s Estates and Academic Environment Directorate. You will be responsible for developing, designing and managing a diverse range of estate development projects across the LSBU campus including refurbishment, alteration, fit out and new build schemes. Key responsibilities will include brief development, feasibility and option appraisal, design, design management and project management of projects typically ranging from £50k to £5m in value.
The successful candidate will possess significant experience in a project architect role with responsibility for developing, designing and managing new build, adaptation and refurbishment building projects, preferably on comparable property types to those found across the LSBU estate portfolio. You will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and will have gained experience of working with large complex organisations with a broad range of stakeholder groups. It is anticipated that you will possess a relevant architecture related qualification.

Our client, a multi-disciplinary design agency, is looking to grow their small Singapore team by adding a new Designer. You will be working across BTL projects from microsites to printed collaterals, and motion graphics for corporate and FMCG clients.
The ideal Designer should be a self-starter, with excellent execution and design adaptation abilties. Your energy, creativity and top-notch digital imaging skills will make you a whizz in this role, and excellent at your work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in a local design agency.
- Degree in Design, Visual Comunications, or similar.
- Strong portfolio in BTL projects with corporate and FMCG clients.
- Experience with a wide range of disciplines covering print, creating brand guidelines, technical reports, edms, amongst others.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Digital software skills are beneficial.
- Portfolio showing Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator abilities, showing various layouts and design styles.
