Revit experience is a must and you will have excellent design as well as technical knowledge. Working across all Riba stages you will need to show design flair with job running / delivery experience. The architect will need to be a confident user of Revit.

Our creative work spans physical and virtual spaces; hotels, restaurants, venues, events, retail and marketing. Our team consists of a wide range of creative individuals, from architects to poets.
Our architecture and interior design team is currently seeking a Mid to Senior Level Architect to compliment our NYC studio. We'd like someone who's both a construction nerd and a design rock star. This is not your traditional design office so a creative, independent, highly communicative and tough minded candidate is highly desired.
The role requires many "hats" including:
- Project Architect - providing design and management leadership for in-house design projects; leading production on interior design drawings to construction administration.
- Hotel Planner - working with the Atelier development team on real estate feasibility studies, conceptual programming and creative presentations for new hotel projects.
- Hotel Operations Designer - help oversee 3rd party design documentation review and back of house design with our in-house IT, Food and Beverage, Operations and Retail teams.
Must have' qualifications:
- 5-10 years of architectural experience with some focus on interior design.
- Hospitably, restaurant, bar and/or high end residential design experience.
- Experience in leadership and production through all phases of design and construction.
- Design representations skills: hand sketching, Sketch Up, Rhino, some way to quickly and effectively communicate your design ideas.
- Design production skills: CAD, Adobe, etc.
Bonus points:
- Experience in "boutique" hospitality interior design.
- Experience in furniture design.
- Experience in FFE sourcing.
- Experience or interest in traditional millwork detailing.
- Outside creative and artistic projects (highly encouraged).
