Skill base:
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbally, written and drawing.
- Experience of working directly with the client.

- Strong technical grounding.
- Commercial office background an advantage.
- Experience with fast track procurement.
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- Riba or ARB registered Architect.
- 6+ years working in the UK.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly computer literate, with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage staff effectively and efficiently.

Our client’s portfolio includes prestigious developments across Hong Kong and the APAC region, primarily with five-star hotels, upscale restaurants, and distinguished corporate workplaces. The ideal candidate should be focused and well-organized, with a go-to attitude. This is a fast moving role for the right candidate to work within a team of highly creative professionals. Key requirements:
- University / College degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 7-8 years relevant experience in luxury residential developments and hotels. Retail experience will also be considered.
- Candidates with more experienced will be considered for a senior position (10+ years).
- Creative, with a motivated mindset for innovated designs.
- Proficient in preparing design proposals, tender documents, and construction details.
- Experience in project management, and liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Focused, well-organized, and efficient time management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a definite advantage.
