We are currently seeking a talented Project Architect with the following experience:
- Minimum 8-12 years related experience.
- Prior experience in successfully leading project teams and coordinating with project consultants/clients is required.
- Must have ability to assist with or run all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Candidates should have strong design and technical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Candidate should be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit / bim and other related design software.
- Licensed Architects preferred.
- Leed accredited preferred.
- A graduate of an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program or related combination.

We are a start-up firm looking for candidates to assist in all aspects of our work. Current projects range from residential new construction, to commercial tenant improvement, to entertainment projects, all across Southern California.
As a fast paced and diverse environment, we're looking for someone who is equally happy using a tape measure as a scale or computer. Will be working under the direct supervision of a licensed architect, good opportunity for IDP exposure.
