Experience:
- Must be able to develop practical conceptual designs and follow them all the way through to accurate and highly detailed construction documents.
- Working knowledge of traditional housing styles, massing and scale.
- Comfortable working with both builders and owners to develop and detail designs within specific budgets.
- Experience or Interest in networking and business development activities.
- Experienced and productive CAD user. We use SoftPlan and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Sketchup and/or Photoshop a plus.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work within strict timeframes for producing projects within budget.
- Ability to thoroughly check plans, mark up corrections, multitask, manage work loads and of course, work and play well with others.
