Junior Architect- we are a design-oriented twenty-one person firm looking for someone with a minimum of 3- 4 years of experience, for a series of institutional, healthcare, and high-end residential projects. We are looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, demonstrable technical skills, and a collaborative spirit.
The successful candidate will work on the design development, and the production of construction documents and have contact with the partner, project manager and client. Requirements include: minimum Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university, a minimum of 3- 4 yrs. of architectural experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of graphics programs and BIM is a plus.

We are keen to hear from committed, technical and design motivated architects and technologists who have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience of working within an architectural setting and be capable of successfully managing design development programmes efficiently to meet deadlines and demonstrate a proven track record in the ability to manage £4-5 million projects with limited supervision to a high level of design excellence.
The successful candidate will be able to write and compile stage reports to a high standard, demonstrate an ability to manage a project team and be proficient in AutoCAD and preferably Photoshop and Sketchup. Revit experience will be an advantage.
The candidate should also be able to develop good working relationships with clients, contractors and the wider project team.
Candidates for the above position should be permanently resident within a thirty five mile radius of the Samlesbury office and have their own car.
