We are currently looking to fill a Project Architect position with the following qualifications:
- Must obtain a Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience working with commercial, retail, or residential work.
- Highly developed skills and talent in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge working with Adobe software such as Photoshop and Acrobat.
- Any 3D modeling/BIM proficiency is a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in order to meet strict deadlines, or complete goals.
- Self-motivated problem solver with excellent listening skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a rigorous environment with high-end clientele.
Primary responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy.
- Support and work closely with the Project Manager / Principal.
- Ability to develop a full set of construction documents.
- Ability to coordinating with engineers and other project consultants.
- Ability to oversee all phases of projects.
- Work with project team to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations.

The practice currently comprises 9 staff, who are looking for an experienced, design focussed Architect to join the team. We are looking for a talented Architect with a strong design background as well as sound technical knowledge. You will need to be a proactive team player and a creative problem solver. You will carry out projects from inception to completion.
Other key requirements include:
- Part III qualified.
- Fluency in AutoCAD and presentation programmes.
- Ability to portray design ideas through hand sketching.
- Strong people skills in dealing with clients and design teams.
- Flexible and committed attitude to work.
- Attention to detail.
- Site experience and contract administration skills.
