We are seeking a talented Junior to Intermediate Architect that is highly motivated with great work ethic and positive attitude. Applicants should have a strong desire to contribute, be willing to take on responsibilities, be organized and enjoy having a meaningful role being involved in all aspects of the work. The right candidate should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with principal, staff, consultants, and contractors. Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years post graduate work experience including construction documentation and construction administration.
- Proactive and have the ability to meet project timelines a must.
- Experience and ability to coordinate and produce construction documents with little supervision.
- Excellent AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch Up, Word and Excel skills are required.
- Hold a Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing; fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must be currently living in the NYC area; US citizen or green card holder.

Shubin + Donaldson Architects in Culver City is seeking a motivated Designer / Architect with 3-5 years of experience in publication-quality commercial and residential projects as an addition to our team. S+D is currently undertaking a diverse range of new projects, including ground-up construction, commercial renovations, creative workplaces, and custom residences.
Position requirements: We are seeking a talented individual with the ability to work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in conceptual design, design presentation, and construction documentation. Strong graphic, organization and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with developing construction documents and experience in Revit and AutoCAD are required. 3D modeling skills in 3ds Max, Rhino and SketchUp are preferred. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have permanent residence status.
