Responsibilities:
- Researching, selecting and specifying suitable and appropriate finishes, furnishings and equipment.
- Supporting FF&E bidding and procurement process.
- Developing interior finishes, furnishings and equipment plans and interior elevations, including millwork and interior detailing.
- Design interior environments to meet client requirements, including space planning with a general knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
- Creation of color boards and rendered images.
- Presentation of concepts to and leading clients through the design process.
- Seeks creative and innovative design solutions and uncovers possibilities, not just solutions.
- Reviewing submittals in the Construction Administration phase.
- Meeting with product representatives and maintenance of the interiors library.

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of design experience with a degree in Interior Design.
- Ability to work in Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup.

Job responsibilities:
- Day‐to‐day client contact for major clients in Hong Kong & Macau or the region.
- Team leader responsible for assigning tasks and managing the daily work flow of the project
team.
- Assist with business development objectives in Macau and the region.
- Lead collaboration role with US design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent graphic skills including the ability to space plan in client workshops.
- Fluency in English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in Macau & Hong Kong is desirable.
- Relocation to Macau required.
