- Experience with large scale resort projects.
- Experience with US and Overseas buildings.
- Strong understanding of drawings and specs integration.
- Understanding of fast-track multiple-phased document releases.
- Understanding of interior architectural design.
- Comfort working with designers and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with current drawing software Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong ability to coordinate and integrate multidiscipline consultants.
- Working knowledge of model building codes.
- Professional license preferred.

MoDe Studio is a development, design, and consulting workshop established in 2011. - Be knowledgeable and experienced in presentation deliverables (AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Physical Models, and others).
- Be able to start work immediately in Boston, Massachusetts.
